Getting started

What your team needs to get started.

Start with one process, such as reviewing bills and recoveries for a set of contracts. Identify who maintains the records and who needs to review them.

A practical way to begin

Start with one team or workflow.

What to prepare
01

Walk through your current process

Bring a process that is difficult to keep track of. We look at what happens today and what needs to be clearer.

02

Choose the first workflow

Choose a starting team or workflow. Review records, responsibilities, access and the support your people need.

03

Set up with the founder

Plan the rollout and training with Dhruv. Expand the scope as your team gets comfortable with the workflow.

Your first conversation

What to bring to a 30-minute workflow review

  1. A description of one process that is difficult to track
  2. The roles involved, including the person entering records
  3. The tools your team uses today, such as spreadsheets or accounting software
  4. The questions management needs those records to answer

Describe the process rather than sending sensitive records. No client documents or bank information are needed for an initial discussion.

Arrange a workflow review (opens WhatsApp in a new tab)

Before any commitment

Agree what is included in your first phase.

People and responsibility
Choose the first team, the person keeping records up to date and the manager reviewing them.
Records and existing tools
List the spreadsheets and tools you use. Identify the records needed for the first workflow before planning imports or integrations.
Training and support
Agree who will be trained, what they need to practise, and how support and escalation will work.
Commercial scope
Confirm the software scope, setup work, any migration, training and ongoing support in the proposal. Pricing and timing depend on that scope.

An enquiry does not create a subscription or payment. No automatic data import, accounting integration or fixed support response time is promised here.

Review data, access and rollout requirements

Before we talk

Questions before you get started.

Have something more specific?
Ask Dhruv directly

Who is Opelis for?

Owners, directors and senior teams at Indian government contracting companies who need a connected view of tender decisions, active work, billing, payments and recovery obligations.

Do we need to replace all our existing tools?

That is not the starting point. We first look at your current spreadsheets, accounting tools and team workflows, then agree where Opelis should fit. We do not promise an integration before checking your requirements.

What does getting started involve?

Start with a 30-minute workflow review with Dhruv. If there is a fit, we agree a focused initial scope, review your data and access needs, and plan setup and team training together.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is discussed after understanding your team, projects and setup needs. You will receive a scoped proposal before making a commitment.

Can I see it before deciding?

Yes. Explore the product screens here, or contact Dhruv to arrange a guided walkthrough. A new recorded tour is being prepared.

Start with a conversation

Let’s look at how your company works.

A 30-minute workflow review with the founder. Walk through your current process, ask questions, and decide whether Opelis is a fit.
