free trial

The 7-day free trial needs no card and no payment. When the trial ends the workspace pauses. No charge is made unless you subscribe.

Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a month.

Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of payment. After that there is no refund, and access continues to the end of the paid year.

The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has started.

Duplicate or failed payments are refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.

After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data to Excel. After that the workspace is deleted.

Payments are handled by Razorpay or by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. GST invoices are issued for every payment.
