chatgpt for directors
ChatGPT for directors, across Opelis Office and Opelis Site.
A director asks their own ChatGPT anything about the company and gets an answer in seconds, from both Opelis Office and Opelis Site records. It reads, it never changes anything, and it is available today. Further down: the AI tender scanner and WhatsApp alerts.
Ask your company anything from your own ChatGPT.
01 · director add-on · availableA director connects Opelis to their own ChatGPT account. The connection works across both apps, Opelis Office and Opelis Site, so any question about the company is a sentence away. ChatGPT reads the records and answers. It never changes anything, and answers depend on what your staff have recorded.

04 · privacy controls- Read-only
- The connection can read. It cannot create, edit, approve or delete anything in Opelis.
- Director-only, opt-in
- Only a director can connect, using their own ChatGPT account, and only for their own company. Switched off by default, and the director can disconnect at any time.
- Only what the answer needs
- For each question, ChatGPT reads only the records needed to answer it.
- Not used to train AI models
- Opelis turns off model training on the data it shares and connects under OpenAI's business terms, so your Opelis records are not used to train AI models.
- Money figures per connection
- A director can disable financial values for a connection, so a site connection sees counts and priorities, not amounts.
- People and residents
- Attendance is returned as counts without worker names. Complaint descriptions and resident details are not exposed.
- Photos
- Photos are never passed to ChatGPT, only whether a job has photo coverage.
- Access audit
- Every access is logged. Ask ChatGPT what it read and when, and through which director, and check it against the log.
- Where things live
- Your Opelis data stays isolated per company and hosted in Mumbai, India. Chat history in ChatGPT follows the director's own ChatGPT settings.
- Pricing
- A paid add-on to any plan.
