Supplier-invoice matching
Each supplier invoice is matched to the PO and the receipt before it is approved for payment.
Cost on use
Material becomes job cost when it is used. Unused material is site stock.

Cost to date plus open commitments, line by line, so a loss shows up while there is still time to act.
